Aluminum silicate ceramic fiber paper, also known as ceramic fiber paper, is made of spray-type (short fibers, easy to break) aluminum silicate ceramic fiber cotton as the main raw material and is made by wet molding process. Ceramic fiber paper is made of aluminum silicate refractory fibers plus a small amount of scientifically selected and strictly controlled binders, which will be completely burned during use.
Compared with the traditional process, the heat shield ceramic fiber paper improves the slag removal and drying process. It is characterized by uniform fiber distribution, no asbestos, no delamination, white color, less slag ball content, and flexible adjustment of bulk density according to the use. Fiber, high strength, strong machinability and good elasticity.
According to different operating temperatures, it is divided into ceramic fiber paper of different materials such as standard, high aluminum, and zirconium.
Ceramic fiber paper can be cut into various shapes according to different cutting scenarios for high temperature gaskets (flange gaskets, etc.).
In aerospace, steel, petrochemical high temperature thermal insulation; military equipment fire insulation; electrical components insulation and fire protection; industrial kilns, heating devices wall lining, backing insulation; high temperature equipment insulation; high temperature pipeline insulation and other applications.
The basic characteristics of ceramic fiber paper: sound insulation (high noise reduction coefficient), sealing (with a certain elasticity, can be used for high temperature sealing), fire protection (still maintain a complete shape and size after burning), high temperature resistance (temperature resistance is 1260 and 1400 ℃ two), heat insulation (can effectively prevent or slow down heat transfer, 800 ℃ thermal conductivity can be as low as 0.12w/(m.k)), insulation (inorganic silicate material, high temperature non-conductive).
